How Returns Work

Initiate Your Return

Contact us at support@pawfolk.com or call 808-495-0346 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. No printer? We can arrange a QR code drop-off.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Simply initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement — your refund will process as soon as we receive the return.

For size exchanges on collars, harnesses, or beds, contact us directly and we'll coordinate a direct swap when possible.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.
  • Personalized or engraved items (e.g., custom name tags) are final sale.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
